Bonding to eliminate decay
Bonding before and after
Dental Bonding
This case shows what bonding can do as an interm restoration. This young woman had extensive decay and could not afford to do all crowns all at once. So the treatment was broken down to allow her to get the decay removed and save her teeth from removal. The option was to get them all removed and have dentures. She elected to keep the teeth as keeping your own teeth is always the best alternative whenever possible. The restorations were done over a period of several visits. A partial denture was also used to replace missing teeth in the back. This patient would not even show her teeth when smiling and once the decay was gone, she showed the full extent of where the smile could go! What a transformation! This is why I love being a dentist. When we change a smile like this, we change lives. This dental office in Traverse City is dedicated to each patient as an individual. We take each case and treatment plan specifically according to that patient's needs. When we do an initial exam, we spend a hour or a hour and a half examining and listening to the patients needs and wants. When we are finished with treatment, it may have taken weeks or years. The outcome is always the best, the path to get there is customized to you, the patient, and individual! Guaranteed!
